I'm Jo-Yee, I also go by Jo. I am an experience designer and strategist. I work with clients to define meaningful design opportunities, organize service processes and workflows, and collaborate with teams to help users tell their stories. As a creative problem solver, I translate customer/user needs, research finds, and business goals into compelling and efficient end-to-end experiences using a range of Service Design tools and methodologies.
I've worked with a range of service industries including healthcare, education, retail, mixed-use, workplace, government, and technology in order to define what it means to design experiences at the intersection of digital and physical spaces.
